Are your products REALLY made in New Zealand?

Too right they are!

Workforce Whey is manufactured right here in New Zealand. We source locally where we can, but some ingredients, like cocoa, simply aren't made here and need to be imported.

We're committed to using local ingredients where possible and keeping our manufacturing in New Zealand, so you can be confident you're supporting Kiwi farmers, manufactures, designers and business owners.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We know you don't want to wait around. Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days, and delivery times will depend on where you are in New Zealand.

Do you ship nationwide?

Absolutely! We deliver throughout New Zealand, from the big smoke to the back blocks.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $100. Orders under $100 are charged a flat $10 shipping fee.

Can I track my order?

Yep. Once your order leaves our lockup, we'll send you a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it.

What if there's a problem with my order?

Mistakes happen. If something's not right, get in touch and we'll work with you to sort it out as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product?

Why did you start Onsite Supplements?

Because we were sick of supplements being marketed by influencers who'd never swung a hammer. We wanted quality nutrition designed for people who actually put in a hard day's work.

Are your products only for tradies?

Not at all. If you work hard, train hard, or just want better nutrition, our products are for you. Tradies inspired the brand, but anyone can use them.

Do I need to go to the gym to use your products?

No chance. Our products are designed to support busy, active people. Whether you're on the tools, in the gym, or chasing the kids around, good nutrition matters.
